Each small group will select a fitness activity from a variety of activities, including walking indoors or outdoors, rollerblading, bocce ball, frisbee golf, using the batting cages at Perfect Game, and using fitness machines at Snap, the MAC, or the YMCA, etc. Attention will be given to survival signs and other skills needed to access these areas. This is a 2 hour weekly block.

This total group activity will be done in 6-week units to include: outdoor activities, bowling, swimming / water aerobics, fitness equipment, roller skating, and horseback riding. This is a 2 hour weekly block.
